The 4" drop axles were a big plus for me since my Texas Chopper

(another sweetheart of a person) has to drive 5hours again to my house to deliver another trailer! So now I have both

more inches!! - After many in/out/in/out lift this quad - jack this one/that one - still can't close the back ramp door
$#@%$!#@%!$@#! I call Scott - now feeling like a fool and say I need a bigger trailer and will you take this one back
without me loosing my shorts. Scott say's no problem - what do you need - so now we order a 33'Vnose and add all
the goodies like the other one. Now the original enclosed trailer I bought is in Upstate New York with what I could fit
in it. I ask Scott if he would deliver the new one there so we could swap them out - and like always - no problem!

Every once in a great while, you run into a business that just does everything right. That’s All Pro! I had talked to other
people who sold trailers. Each of these dealers had basically one choice and that was it. I wanted a trailer that would
conveniently carry my Kabota tractor and backhoe. Most of all I needed the trailer to carry construction materials as
well as some other uses. I did not want to make a mistake in picking out my trailer. Scott listened closely to my
concerns and showed me several trailers. I discussed several issues with Scott and he guided me to a 16' Diamond
C trailer, which met my needs perfectly. He gave me a price that included putting a new heavy duty hitch on my truck
as well as brake hook-up etc. This price was lower than just the trailer at any of the other businesses I contacted.
After he had already made the sale, at not cost, he put tie down brackets in my trailer bed and also gave me additional

said that he could have it within a few days. Unlike several other dealers we had spoke with Tim did NOT try to up-sell
us or try to talk us into buying the trailer he had in stock. We live in Baltimore, MD and were hesitant about buying from
an out of state dealer but Tim assured us that if we didn't like the trailer there was no obligation to buy it and the small
deposit we put down to hold it would be refunded. Our trailer arrived on Friday (before Labor Day) and although we
arrived at All Pro West a half hour before they were scheduled to close for a long holiday weekend we never felt rushed
by any of the staff. Tim went over the whole trailer with us and promptly answered any questions we had. We were very
impressed in his knowledge of the trailer and his willingness to make suggestions of possible ways to setup the
trailer to haul our bikes. He even walked us through their shop so we could see a trailer that they were currently setting
up. Another thing that impressed us was the teamwork among the employees. While we were finalizing the sale with
Tim another employee hooked up our trailer for us and loaded the accessories we had purchased. During the final
inspection of the trailer we noticed that the inside doom lights were not working, immediately one of the shop workers
came out, jumped in our truck, removed the fuse panel, and replaced a blown fuse. We are extremely satisfied with
our trailer and highly recommend All Pro West to anyone looking for a trailer or trailer accessories. These guys really

We wanted to say how "great" the guys are at All Pro. They were very kind and very professional. We were looking for a
trailer to haul hay, stone, coal, etc. They guided us to the proper trailer for our needs and thought of all the things that

Never once did he tell me about the wide variety of options available and I think I messed up his day when I wanted an

with a wind chill well below zero.

asking a few simple questions of what we would use the trailer for. The trailer
was for my husband, but I was given the project of getting all the information. I
knew nothing about trailers, but after talking with Scott I knew exactly what I was

auto event in July. Scott Smith and the entire sales staff have been very helpful and
knowledgable in designing and providing a "CUSTOM FIT" trailer for my new Dodge
Challenger. They took quite a few different measurements of the car so that it would fit.
The trailer was delivered by Roger Murphy who was extremely helpful in setting it up to fit
my tow vehicle. Roger had driven nearly 6 hours to my address and still had to return to PA
that evening. He assembled the anti-sway kit and adjusted everything. He answered all of
my questions regarding the entire trailer along with some helpful tips on proper towing
techniques in a very professional manner. When we loaded the car into the trailer,
everything lined up perfectly. The wheels of the car had to be elevated inside the trailer to
allow for the use of an "Escape Hatch". These floor devices did not even need to be
adjusted as the tires lined up directly on top of them. These guys know their business and
I am glad that I made my purchase through them! I would definitly recommend All Pro
West to anybody planning on purchasing a trailer in the future.

were looking for a trailer to haul seven ATV’s. He took us out to look at all our options, and explained what each trailer
has and what he felt we needed. Before we left that day we purchased an 8.5 X 24-foot trailer. He took us inside to
complete the purchase. We also talked to Scott Miller; he was also very nice, and professional.

You guys are the best. Plain and simple. Let me explain. I recently
purchased a new CarMate custom enclosed car hauler from
AllProWest (APW). Previously, I used to haul my antique car on an open
trailer. When I decided to move up to an enclosed trailer, I did a lot of
on-line research, read the testimonials, talked to other enthusiasts at
car shows and toured a few dealers to determine the best place to
purchase a trailer. After all that, APW was the best choice for my trailer
purchase. I decided to order a “custom” CarMate trailer that I could
build to my specifications. I was not familiar with an enclosed trailer or
what size / type trailer I really needed. Tim, from sales, walked me thru
the whole process of deciding on trailer type and length, proper door
placement, axle selection and then any options that would suit my wish
list. He provided valuable assistance but was never pushy or tried to
sell me more than what I wanted. He not only quoted me a good price
on the new trailer but gave me a “trade in value” on my open trailer that
I thought was very good and actually much higher than 2 other dealers.
I choose the CarMate brand as their trailers are made in the USA and
right here in Pennsylvania. They provide a rugged top of the line trailer
with a full steel frame. The order was placed, it took around 6 weeks to
build and Tim kept me informed on the progress. When the trailer

purchased a new CarMate custom enclosed car hauler from
AllProWest (APW). Previously, I used to haul my antique car on an open
trailer. When I decided to move up to an enclosed trailer, I did a lot of
on-line research, read the testimonials, talked to other enthusiasts at
car shows and toured a few dealers to determine the best place to
purchase a trailer. After all that, APW was the best choice for my trailer
purchase. I decided to order a “custom” CarMate trailer that I could
build to my specifications. I was not familiar with an enclosed trailer or
what size / type trailer I really needed. Tim, from sales, walked me thru
the whole process of deciding on trailer type and length, proper door
placement, axle selection and then any options that would suit my wish
list. He provided valuable assistance but was never pushy or tried to
sell me more than what I wanted. He not only quoted me a good price
on the new trailer but gave me a “trade in value” on my open trailer that
I thought was very good and actually much higher than 2 other dealers.
I choose the CarMate brand as their trailers are made in the USA and
right here in Pennsylvania. They provide a rugged top of the line trailer
with a full steel frame. The order was placed, it took around 6 weeks to
build and Tim kept me informed on the progress. When the trailer
